It was in Sunnyvale, San Francisico that Teri Lynn Hatcher was born on December 8, 1964. She was the only daughter of Owen and Esther Hatcher. She was born from a family of professionals. Her father worked as a nuclear physicist and her mother, a computer programmer. She was a true-blue performer even while attending Fremont Highschool. She was a leader of a dance troupe and she also loved fishing with her father. She was juggling a supposed to be professional career while enrolled for an undergraduate study in mathematics and engineering and pursuing an acting course at the American Conservatory Theatre at the same time. It was a streak of luck when she came along with a friend to offer moral support, only to end up as cast for a Hollywood role. The tides of change brought her to Hollywood as Superman's babe and to be a desperate housewife.
